The room is incredibly clean, and there’s some nice extra seating in the garden. They also have a wake-up service available. the location is fantastic, and the staff is very welcoming and truly exceptional. 😊.

Fantastic and fairly clean hotel, the staff who served us were excellent, and it had fantastic location next to Banquedano metro station. The staff provided great service and helped us with everything.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 5 nights, nonetheless everything was perfect.

The facilities are fabulous and there has been a lot of attention paid to the detail - a real haven from the hustle and bustle of Santiago. The units here are tasteful and modern, set next to a beautiful garden, and the staff is incredibly patient and attentive, making it a great spot located conveniently in the city center.

Needs a place with a desk to get some work done

The breakfast offered a nice selection, including delicious fried or scrambled eggs with ham and cheese. the hotel's location is fantastic, right by the central markets and close to the city center, cafes, the subway, and downtown Santiago. It's just a short walk to Bellavista in a lovely area.

Mito Casa is a stunning small hotel as comfortable as it is beautiful. Our loft room was spacious with the most comfortable beds and luxurious linens. Everything about the hotel is outstanding-- decor, service, location, generous breakfast. The location is great, just steps away from the metro and a nice walk to great restaurants. Our family gives the Mito Casa the highest recommendation.

Besides the excellent taste about the furniture and the decoration, Mito Casa Hotel is a charming and cozy place to stay in Santiago. We also enjoyed the breakfast: the buffet is simple, but very well prepared and includes everything we like for the breakfast. The hotel is well located, near the metro station and you can go walk to many interesting places. But what make this place even more special than any other hotels we have ever been was the way how we were so welcome by the hotel staff. The floor is made of an original wood, which can be quite noisy. On the other hand, as it is a renewed building, it also gives an extra charming to the hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a great location. The rooms were lovely, with spacious en-suites and comfortable beds. I especially enjoyed the balcony with its cozy sofa chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even accommodating our request to store our luggage while we explored Easter Island. The hotel's proximity to the metro made getting around the city a breeze, and the nearby park provided a pleasant stroll to the museum. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, ensuring that we stayed connected throughout our stay. If I ever return to this city, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

There was just one small inconvenience during my stay. The shower temperature occasionally fluctuated, making it a bit challenging to find the perfect balance.

You can't beat the location of the hotel. Just across Providencia Ave. you find the bohemian neighbourhood of Bellavista. In a few steps, there is the Banquedano metro station, with two metro lines. Walking distance to the city center. The hotel is very confortable. Breakfast is simple but very good. The staff are very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend.

The only thig that bothered us was the private bathroom in the hall. Even though we knew it was like this when we booked, it is a little unconfortable to wake up in the middle of the night and face the hallway lights. Well, it´s the economy room. Other than that, great stay.
